Attack of the Show: The Golden Age

    I started watching Attack of the Show in 2008. At the time Kevin Pereira and Olivia Munn were the hosts. They are the best Hosts of any show hands down. I didn’t even know the show existed or even knew what it was. I just sat down, watched, and loved.

            For those of you who don’t know what Attack of the Show is, it’s an American television show aired every week day on G4 TV. The show is a hub for all things pop culture, technology, entertainment, news, games, literally anything viewed as awesome. The show has many different segments dedicated to everything I just listed and more. Its hosts are always in tuned with what’s new and watching the show will keep you up to date with everything you love assuming you don’t love anything dull or boring.

            The show has had a few different hosts, lucky me I started watching when the best hosts were on the seen. Kevin Pereira and Olivia Munn are with out a doubt the Golden Age of AOTS. The way they just flowed together and flowed with the show just made the whole experience better. Not to mention Layla Kayleigh was hosting The Feed and Alison Haislip, Blair Butler and Chris Hardwick would often been seen on the show as well(They hold an equal amount of awesomeness compared to Kevin and Olivia).

            Unfortunately, I stopped watching for awhile and when I started watching again Olivia Munn was nowhere to be seen. It threw me off, and then Layla Kayleigh disappeared too. I later learned that at the 2010 Comic Con Munn said she would be leaving the show. Alison Haislip also later announced her departure from AOTS. Luckily AOTS still has Kevin Pereira. Yet there will be no time like the time of Kevin and Olivia on the show together.It is safe to say that Munn, Haislip and Kayleigh are very much missed.

            Attack of the Show is definitely worth a watch for those who have no clue what it is. It really does keep you up to date with everything that is anything. Check it out on G4 TV, weeknights at 7 pm. Also Check it out online at http://www.g4tv.com/attackoftheshow/
