Your neighborhood nerd is back with a new project. I'm talking about Donald Glover a.k.a. Childish Gambino. And the project I'm talking about is Royalty.

The actor turned rapper is back and D-Money, the rappers alter ego is taking over. D- Money is the side of Gambino that more hip-hop heads would listen to in a nut shell. This 17 track project has features from TDE's Schoolboy Q and AB-soul, Detroit's Danny Brown, legends Bun-B, alternative artist Beck and even actress and former "30 Rock" co-star Tina Fey. After dropping his debut album "Camp" Gambino seemed to step out of the hip-hop scene but this mixtape proves why and where he has been. If you havent heard Royalty yet you have to, its Flight trust me.

Ya boy SchoolBoy

Says TDE's own SchoolBoy Q. With Jay Rock dropping heat with his album Follow Me Home and a lead single ft Lil Wayne; and Kendrick Lamar killing everything in the West after dropping #Section80 and getting attention from great West Coast rappers such as Game, Snoop, and even Dr.Dre; the next TDE (Top Dawg Entertainment) soldier arising for the battle is SchoolBoy Q. I’m going to be honest, I didn’t really listen to him until he dropped Habits And Contradictions, which is a 17 song CLASSIC, With songs such as Hands On The Wheel ft A$AP Rocky, Groovline Ft Leimert Park Legend Dom Kennedy and Curren$y (JET LIFE). He also teams up with his label mates in songs like Druggy With Hoes Again Ft AB-Soul and Blessed Ft Kendrick Lamar. After hearing this album I can’t stop listening to it. SchoolBoy Q along with his label mates signed a record deal with Dre at Interscope Records, so expect big things from SchoolBoy Q and TDE.
